Crow Pose (Bakasana)
Squat down with knees wider than hips and feet a few inches apart. Place hands hip width apart on floor with shins resting against back of upper arms. Lean forward between thighs and exhale the weight of torso onto the backs of upper arms.
Inhale to lift the balls of feet off of floor, squeeze the legs against arms and press inner hands firmly against the floor and straighten elbows. Keep head in a neutral position and look forward. Hold for 20 seconds to one minute, Maintain a steady breath. Exhale to release legs and return to a squat position.
