EL Profile: Kelly McManus

Kelly McManus is Director of Community Partnerships & Investment at United Way of London & Middlesex. One of Kelly’s earliest volunteer experiences was as a Big Sister. She was first engaged with EL as part of the MentorNET project. Kelly’s advice for young people starting out is to intentionally build a flexible professional skill set. Take extra courses, volunteer, and learn about things that are transferable to different sectors and different roles. EL in one word: “Energy!”
