Disney Volunteer Kim Jones
Volunteers Drive Habitat
Habitat London was thrilled to participate in the “Give A Day – Get A Disney Day”, a program spearheaded by Disney meant to inspire and celebrate volunteerism. Disney will give away one million Disney park admissions to one million people who have volunteered with a participating organization. Over 100 people contacted Habitat London, in hopes of volunteering for one of three available opportunities. Kim Jones earned her ticket by helping organize and inventory the equipment used in Habitat’s annual build projects. The remaining spots focused on bringing Habitat awareness to the classroom. All volunteers were happy helping out Habitat and look forward to volunteering in the future.
