Junior Achievement
Snap London was pleased to meet with 6 students and their mentors who are heading up 3 companies designed as part of the Company Program Student Venture (after-school) program. This program fosters entrepreneurial spirit and helps students select and operate their own company with the help of a volunteer. Students establish goals, raise capital, prepare a business plan, manufacture a product or service, develop marketing and sales strategies, liquidate the company, distribute dividends, and issue a shareholders report. Key learning areas include communication, problem solving, team building, time management and basic financial accounting.
